DARJEELING GUY DEEP DARSHAN AT AMAZON INDIA FASHION WEEK

Twenty year old Deepdarshan Pradhan from Darjeeling will be a part of Amazon India fashion week 2018. The grand event will be taking place in Delhi on March 2018. 




Deepdarshan was among the final 30 contestants selected for the grand finale of STYLE ICON OF THE YEAR 2017, held in Bangalore. STYLE ICON OF THE YEAR is specially a talent hunt for style icon where Winner would get an opportunity to walk at the grand Amazon India Fashion Week. ‘Style Icon’ intends to identify those hidden gems who are all but waiting to be tapped, polished and presented to the world. Style Icon of the year 2017 had auditioned at several colleges in Bangalore to look out for the most stylish individuals in their respective campus. Through campus auditions over 90 students were selected from across the city. Elimination round reduced the number to 30. These top 30 contestants went under intense fitness training, personality development and grooming sessions. This important workshop was conducted by International fashion designer Maurizio. The Grand finale was held in Bangalore on 8th Oct 2017. Unfortunately, Deepdarshan couldn’t win the competition. But, based on his performance and personality, the judges came with some twists and turns and with their veto power they decided to give him the same opportunity to walk in the Amazon India Fashion Week as the winner did.





Deepdarshan Pradhan , son of Mr Deepak Pradhan and Bandhana Pradhan, comes from a mini-town Pulbazar, Darjeeling. His early schooling is from St Anthony School, Kurseong and St Joseph’s School Darjeeling. He is currently pursuing BBA from Acharya Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Just like any other day, it was a busy day at the office. Basu was busy working on his desktop. But side by side, he was constantly checking his account. He was desperately waiting for a notification. But couldn't get any. Niyati was online but she didn't text him. Just by texting her first, Basu didn't want Niyati to catch his intension of a conversation. So ,just to make his presence felt, he liked a random photo of  Niyati and even commented on it. Finally, his wait was over.Niyati replied. "So, any specific reason to stay single?",asked Niyati. The more he tried to avoid this question, the more Niyati was after him. So Basu finally decided to answer and end this. He started typing. "Niyati, when I see relationships scattered around, I get scared. I fear that I might breakdown if I become the victim of it. I have seen years of relationship end in a blink of an eye.Yes, I agree it does not happen to everyone. But I fear that I might be the one.
