A Boy From Small Town

Leaving behind the loved ones
With hopes and dreams  high
Just his teen passed by
He walked into the city
To conquer his aims of life.
The new city seems so joyful and full of  charms
He got lost himself and indulged  in bad
Day by day his  innocence was murdered by dreadful acts
He couldn't revive nor stood up, dragging down by this acts.
Days, weeks , years and years came and went
He was still there standing still
Caged in those insane.
But suddenly one day his health too couldn't resist his insane
By virtue of God he was reborn again
Now he realizes the city was a  maze of threats
He made himself strong
And slowly left all his insane,
Now he worked hard and put soul in it
Finally high hopes and dreams came  once again ringing
At last  he succeeded in his new life
But always regretted what he had gone through the past in his  life
Now he realized life is a precious gift and lived it to a worth
And a charming smile in his face was a proof of above all
And a boy from small-town lived happy ever after.

Saran Sir with his family Yesterday, my day began with scrolling the news as usual but by the time the day ended, I was sad and lost because we lost a person who was very very dear to us. Sir Saran Subba left for the heavenly abode on 19th June 2021. The intimation of the demise of Sir Saran stands as one of the most disappointing and darkest days to the people of Pulbazar. The void he left behind will never be filled. Sir Saran - a man of principle, a wonderful teacher, a social worker, a sports enthusiast, a leader, and the list goes on. Moreover, he was a loveable and a gem of an individual. Sir Saran always carried a big smile on his face. In fact, I never saw him angry and I bet no one else ever did.  Sir Saran Subba representing Pulbazar Shuttlers Association in Veteran Badminton Tournament held in Bijanbari (2021) I was fortunate en...

She is the sunshine, I'm the sun. She is the thunder and I'm  the storm. She is the sea, I'm the shore, She is the poetry and I'm the metaphor. She is the king, I'm the throne, She is the muscles and I'm the bone. She is the shoe, I'm the laces, She is the deck and I'm the aces. She is the word, I'm the letter, She is the story and I'm the teller. She is the book, I'm the pages, She is the sentence and I'm the spaces.
